Apollo XP95 Optical Smoke Detector

This detector is fully compatible with C-TEC's XFP Addressable Fire Panels.

Works using the scatter light principle.

Responds well to slow burning smouldering fires.

Ideal for use in bedrooms and escape routes.

Reduces false alarms.

Red LED illuminates when the detector is in alarm.

Application/operation       Generates an alarm when it detects a pre-set threshold of smoke penetration in its smoke chamber. Provides a very good response to overheating/thermal combustion                                                             and a good response to smouldering/glowing/flaming combustion & flaming with high heat.
Sensitivity                                          Nominal alarm threshold of 2.4% light grey smoke obscuration per metre.
Supply wiring    2-wire, polarity insensitive.
