Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you wish to return an item, then you have 14 days in which to do so. 

If your item is faulty or damaged:

Please contact us as soon as you can with the information.

• If the item is faulty then you will need to return the items back to us. Upon receipt of the items we will then verify the fault and if found to be faulty we will offer you either a full replacement or a full refund including postage.

• If the item has been damaged we would need proof of damage – a photograph is ideal. We will then be able to assess whether the items can be returned or discarded. We will take great care in packing your items therefore limiting the likelihood of damage.

If you need to return an item for any other reason:

• You are entitled to cancel your order if you notify us in writing within 7 days of placing the order. We will refund the cost of the order and the original delivery charge. If the items have already been despatched, you must return them to us at your own cost.

• If you do want to return any items please contact us and you will be issued with a returns number – we cannot accept returns without a valid returns number.

• You can return items for a full refund if you return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt. The cost of returning the item(s) is at your expense.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging, with instructions and all parts included, in a fully re-saleable condition. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Quality Products Online 247 reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re-saleable or if any of the above terms have been breached.

• Your refund will be issued as soon as the items are received by us and have been checked and cleared for refund as per the conditions above. 

• The returned parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received by us– therefore we recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit, so that the product arrives in a resalable condition.

• The address for sending returns will be confirmed when we issue your returns number.

• Our returns policy is in line with Distance Selling Regulations.

Please note some items are sold with a warranty period. This will be honoured and should you have any problem with the item within its warranty period then please contact us and we will be happy to replace the item.
